I am editing my jira service desk create issue fields. There are a lot of custom fields being used at it is messy. I want to set it in a way where I can pick items from a list. Then when the choice has been made. A specific set of customfields appear. Is there any options for me to do that?

Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment in Jira Cloud.
