No. Platform experiences are included in all plans, also in free.

Hi @Bianca Balan If you're using a free Jira Cloud plan, you do not have to pay to access or activate Platform Experiences - they are included as part of the Atlassian platform features available across products (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
It is not a separate paid product
