Hey, I have created several BAP items in my project and I want to set it up to where users can acknowledge they have seen, read, and understand the BAP item. How do I do this?
Hi @Russell Huttenstine ,
Welcome to the community.
From your question it is not clear what you exactly want. What is a BAP item? Is it represented by an issue?
If a BAP item is a proces, you might want to put that in Confluence and use the app Read and Understood. If it has to be in Jira, you can use this app to see who viewed the issue and let users leave a comment to acknowledge that they read and understood it.
ok thank you. Maybe I'm calling this a BAP incorrectly as thats what is was called by default within JIRA... Maybe I should be saying "Issue". Its when I create a new Issue and give it a description and detail, etc... when someone opens one of these issues I was hoping there was a feature to where when they read it, they could click a checkbox indicator. Maybe have one that said "Read", one that said "Understood". Is there a way I can implement checkboxes in here?

The BAP is what I was calling it because by default that what JIRA is calling it. When I click to add a new issue, it shows up as BAP under the KEY column. See this screenshot.
