Heirarchical projects?

Is ther a way to create a program which has multiple subprojects going on in parallel? It would be useful for program management to be able to see released features across projects for any one release.

Unfortunately that is not there in Jira, the only grouping possible is by using project categories, single level.

Structure plugin may be of use to some extent.
