Hello can an admin please email me

I need an admin or someone in representatives to contact me by number or by email I have no clue of what is going on I was emailed to join a group here Jira I believe invited me to join their group so I accepted it I need help getting set up and getting what I need to continue with this the invite was al that was sent nothing was sent that explained all this or anything I’m here blinded by what I wasn’t able to learn can someone help get me right ?
