Hello, how do I remove this field in the customer portal?

Hey @Gabriel Lujan

I believe that field is standard with Jira Service Management and is unable to be removed. 

There could be ways to hide it with certain app functionality. If you are on Data Center there might be a possible scripted way to hide it.
