Help - Dashboard wallboard so dark its unreadable?

We've tried numerous times to use jira's dashboard functionality but always hit some kind of blocker.

The main one is - when you 'view as wallboard' it sets a dark background, yes, but more than that, it seems to default set the brightness to -1000 lumens.... I'm only slightly exaggerating, it really is illegible.

Has anyone else encountered this issue, and is there a solution for it?

@Callan Hough,

I can only think of using a browser plugin to change the CSS, or if you're using a theming app like Refined for Jira, ask them if there's something it can be done.

On the other side, we develop a paid app called Ronin Dashboards for Jira, which has, IMO, a much better dark mode :) but you can always use the light mode when using the wallboard mode:
