Help Solving "Oops, you've made a malformed request"

I am experiencing an error "Oops, you've made a malformed request.". I am using in google powered signon, via Chrome browser and on the latest of version of MacOS.

I have tried clearing cookies and cache but it does not help.

I am able to access the link via Safari browser but this is not ideal.

Can you try incognito mode and check if its working fine?

Also, it's highly possible that this might be due to certain extensions/popup blockers. If you have any extensions, you can try disabling them too.
