Help finding an app that logs time spent when multiple agents work on a ticket

Our agents can work on any ticket (not just ones they are assigned to) and log their time. I am looking for an app that allows us to capture agents' logged time spent for all tickets they work in, not just the ones they are assigned to. Does anyone have suggestions? Obviously free is best, although a less expensive option would be okay. We just don't have a huge budget for this and only need basic reporting, nothing fancy. Thanks for your help!

Few years ago, we asked ourselves similar question and created our app Worklogs Time Tracking and Reports.

Our addon uses Jira Time Tracking logs and creates custom reports to it. For example you can check how much time each user spent on which task during the month or week:


Or check, how much time your high priority bugs take or did in the past. Worklogs use all Jira issue fields data, including the custom fields. The results can be filtered by user, projects, JQL filters and by the sprint.

Each report can be exported, shared through a link or placed on a dashboard with Worklogs gadget.



Other than that, Worklogs are also an easier way of tracking your daily time logs. You can use them to log time through Jira Time tracking in a comfortable table view.

I'm not sure if the app falls in your budget, but if you would be interested in a third-party app for reporting, you can check out eazyBI.
