My free trial for this application ended and in trying to renew my license, I ran into an error. After reaching out to Touchdown's support, they told me to delete and reinstall the application. I have deleted the application, but now I run into an error when trying to reinstall it. Touchdown's customer support directed me to reach out to Atlassian's customer support for help.

This is not actually Atlassian support; we're a user-helping-user site. However, since you're on the free plan, I don't believe you have access to Atlassian's paid support team. One option would be to sign up for the free trial of the Jira standard plan (30 days) and then convert back to the free plan before your 30 days is up. That would temporarily give you access to support (https://support.atlassian.com/contact).
