Hi Jira community. Can anyone help please? My team create and release a Release every fortnight. We use the Fixed version field to include any jira issues for that Release. However, I have an edge use case, where a ticket did not have the Release number in the Fixed version field, so the work was released but not included in the Release in JIra. So now I have added the correct Fixed version to the issue and set to done, but there is no way of it being included in the already Released Release! Anyone know how to resolve this? Will this cause problems with that ticket down the line, on a report somewhere?
Welcome to community! Yes you have hit an interesting thing. The way to fix this is to reopen the release, then close it
