Helper name not found for entity

recently the automatic backups by backup service are just about 1kb.

when i try to take a backup manually this error accures:

com.atlassian.core.AtlassianCoreException: Error in action: <a href='mailto:com.atlassian.jira.action.admin.DataExport@770ec119'>com.atlassian.jira.action.admin.DataExport@770ec119</a>, result: error<br/> Error exporting data: org.ofbiz.core.entity.GenericEntityException: Helper name not found for entity

 

what does it mean?

Could you provide any error messages from Atlassian-jira.log?

  1. Try to make Integrity checker
  2. Do you get this message into GUI or into atlassian-jira.log? Could you provide errors from Atlassian-jira.log.
