We had a Herzum quick linker add-on to our projects. We created a ticket in one project and on the click of HQL Button another ticket was created in its linked project to pull all the content of all its fields But the problem is on editing the main ticket HQL broke by not fully pulling the content of one of the fields. We tested and conclusion was that the commas in the content was breaking it to get through. Can we get a solution on this?

We have reproduced the bug case of Text Field (multi-line) and Text Field (single line).
Could you confirm that synchronization failed for those type of custom fields exclusively?
We will fix the bug in the next release.

I can only confirm that it was the Description field that we saw the issue. However, it is not a permanent problem as it is working as expected at the moment. I am happy to hear that you were able to reproduce the bug though. Please let me know if you need anything else.
