Hi All, I've installed Zephyr in my jira cloud and unable fetch reports and reports tab is not showing up report metrics. could someone please help me on this issue?

Is it Zephyr Squad or Zephyr Scale?

Reports in Zephyr Squad are present in Jira locations i.e. in Jira dashboard or Reports in the project sidebar. You should have no restriction in fetching it.

if it is Zephyr Scale, could you please check the permissions for reports under Zephyr Scale menu option in the project settings.
