I am unable to see the filter option on my dashboard. I also checked in 'Manage Dashboard,' but the filter tab is not visible there. I need to add a filter to the backlog under Quick Filters. Could you please guide me on how to do this?

Are you talking about a product board, or the Jira dashboard? Maybe you can also share a screenshot of the error.
