Hi, I downloaded the Jira Trial cloud version - I'm missing all the features under the Jira menu

The application isn't showing the menu to the far left (that I've seen in the you tube tutorials)  where I can add an issue (+)sign in the menu among the other 4 features.

Could you please share a complete screenshot of your JIRA running on the browser, the URL included. That will give some more idea on what is the problem you have and share a solution for the same.
