Hi Im mitchael and here is my question related to access in jira

how is possible some active users that  have access to Jira projects got errors in access them days or weeks after? Im administrator and I often receive calls from some users complaining they can login but cant see anything and getting teh following error:

 

YOU CANT ACCESS ANY PROJECT AND ISSUES

you dont have the sufficient permissions to change your permissions contact your Jira Administrators.

I have to reset their password every time to allow them to get the access again to the projects and issues.

If resetting their password fixes the problem, then it would appear that it is something happening to cause passwords to expire. If you are running in the Atlassian cloud, then you should check this page: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/password-policies-938859739.html#Passwordpolicies-Aboutpasswordpolicies

If you are running on Jira Server, you need to check your LDAP policy.

Can you provide more information to troubleshoot this?
