Hi. I would like to backup Tempo Worklogs. I found Jira projects backup but it seem to be that not backup Tempo Worklogs.
Thanks in advance
Hi @Alejandra Martin @Piotr Biegun _Gitprotect_io_
I have talked to multiple app vendors including Zephyr, Tempo, X-Ray etc.. none of them have specific plans when it comes to disaster recovery scenarios. As @Piotr Biegun _Gitprotect_io_ this is a big problem.
At this point of time I don't think there is a clean solution for the backup of add-on app data. Ofcourse for backup of your Jira site, there are multiple solutions in the marketplace that you can refer too, you can search for restore or backup in the marketplace to find the various options.
I have engaged the Atlassian team on this issue, If you could help out in that conversation, that would be great.
Thank you
Vish

Hi @Alejandra Martin
I just did research on that and there are two response on this topic on Tempo forum:
For now they don't plan to have dedicated backup API, but you could use existing REST API to do this on your own. What I also establish is that they are working in this situation case by case.
You should create a support ticket and they would try to help you to solve this case (it's their recommendation).
p.s. If you want to automate JIRA backup & DR you could use our tool Gitprotect.io.

Hi Piotr. Thanks for your fast response.
I try to analize the options you send me.
I would like to ask if you know a way to inactivate a project without lost information of worklogs.
Thanks!

Unfortunately not. I believe that Tempo support would be able to help also with this question.
