Hello,
We are in process of merging of 2 Atlassian Jira cloud instances. As part of the process we suppose to bring back and place out data from both Cloud instances to on prem server(as per Atlassian document).
We have a on -prem server with version 7.13.2. Can we use this server 7.13.2 to store backup data from cloud instances or do we need upgrade to latest Jira server version and then get back up from cloud and store it on on-prem server.
Please advise.
Regards
Sayi
It should be latest. Read here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/migrating-from-jira-cloud-to-server-776636236.html
Also there could be a data loss as well, especially from add-ons.

Thank you for reply, let read and come back on data loss
