Hi @Dhamu,

welcome to this community.

You can do this by using the opsbar-sequence property on the transition.

Please refer to this documentation https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/advanced-workflow-configuration-776636620.html

But there is this issue, which may affect you https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-13864?_ga=2.18905528.1279516576.1535631607-439444347.1534761867

+1 to @Bastian Stehmann,

the best way to reorder it is using the opsbar-sequence.

Thanks @Bastian Stehmann. Let me check the same.

@Bastian StehmannI have tried to add 10, 20, 30 and so on up to 140 to opsbar-sequence.

Added 140 to 'DONE' but still it's showing as a first option in workflow. I published draft workflow. Please refer the screenshot below.

Hi @Dhamu,

it seems that you added the property to the status. You have to add the property to the transitions (the outgoing arrows).

Hi @Bastian Stehmann. I am new to the jira so not able to differentiate what is status or transitions. Please see the below screencast how I edited.
