Hi team, trying to find a way in JIRA; how to capture, store, trace and track business requirements at product level and link them to epics and stories at team level. Pls. help
Hi @Alok Gaur
You could look into Jira Product Discovery.
This might help you to structure the capture of Business Requirements.
You can also link your stories and epics on team level and see progress.
Hey Alok,
I am part of the Requirement Yogi app so I will try to be as unbiased as possible 😉
The first solution I think would be to create a custom type of Jira issue as requirement/business requirement etc. Then you will be able to link those Requirements issues very easily to other issues. However, what we’ve noticed is that you’ll soon ask how to export Jira issues as a PDF document, or have difficulty browsing them, it’s probably the symptom that you are describing.
Obviously, we’ve built our app because we believe it is best to write requirements as Confluence documents, and link stories and epics to those requirements. If you do not want anything too complicated, you can just use the native Jira link macro in Confluence and apply it to your basic docs.
If you are looking into something more structured, you can find many apps on the marketplace: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=requirement. Some exist only in Jira if you do not want to use Confluence. And ours (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212523/requirement-yogi-requirements-management-for-confluence) allow you to write requirements in Confluence, and with an integration, link Jira issues to them.
If you have more questions, let me know and we can have a chat when you want 😊
Have a nice day,
Mileva.

But nothing to do with SAFe, just need help when requirements are pouring but there no way to link them with workable epics/stories in jira, that I could find. Your help will be much appreciated, thanks.
