I have a scrum board, consisting of tasks shared from multiple projects. Currently this scrum board is visible in all of those shared projects, is there a way to make it visible only in one of the projects and hiding from all other project spaces

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Software boards are not project boards, they're visible to anyone who has permission to see them.  The projects that the users might be using is irrelevant.  Have a look at the "sharing" for each of the boards.

(Project boards do work like that though - they are locked to a project and can only be seen by people who have view access to that project)

I don't believe that you can deny access to the board itself. You can limit access to the issues on the board. Even if members of the other projects can see that the board is there, they would only see the issues that they have permission to see.
