Hide empty folders in when inserting structure in another structure with a filter

When I use Automation to add a filter and insert a structure in another structure, the filter and automation work correctly. However, any folders I created on the original structure that do not contain any matching issues are seen in the new structure.  For example:

Current contents of Structure A:

• Folder 1
  • Issue 1 with label Discard
  • Issue 2 with label Keep
• Folder 2
  • Issue 3 with label Discard
• Folder 3 
  • Issue 4 with label Keep

Structure B Automation

Filter issues: labels = Keep

Insert structure Structure A

What I'd like to see in Structure B:

• Folder 1
  • Issue 2 with label Keep
• Folder 3 
  • Issue 4 with label Keep

What I actually see in Structure B:

• Folder 1
  
  • Issue 2 with label Keep
• Folder 2
• Folder 3 
  • Issue 4 with label Keep

How do I filter out Folder 2 in Structure B?

Hello @Amy Jensen 

The folder might remain because of the Filter's settings - if it work specifically on the second level of the structure where the issues are, then it indeed won't touch any folders. If so, then the Filter on level setting should be set to all levels - this will place the folders in the filter's scope too.
