What is the plan of High Availability of Atlassian Standard JIRA Cloud plan. High Availability is available for JIRA Premium and Enterprise Cloud products but no information for JIRA Cloud Standard Plan.
Cloud is a service, high availability is part of it and not something you, as a subscriber, needs to think about.

As far as I know, there are no plans to support an SLA tier for Jira Cloud standard. Atlassian is quite clear that they want Premium to be the standard choice for all companies, both in terms of features and in terms of legal support.
