Holidays don't stop SLA

Deleted user July 5, 2019

Hello!

A user created a ticket on Monday 1, and as per the SLA calendar, July 4 shouldn't be counter in the SLA.

This is the calendar

The actual ticket SLA

Is this expected or is there something else that needs to be changed/configured?

Glad to provide any other detail if needed.

Thanks!

We are on Jira Cloud, had this issue when we first created the service desk and ended up resolving the issue by deleting all the calendars and rebuilding them. Something was causing the SLA to ONLY look at the system default which is that Sample 9-5 you got under yours.

Hello Shawn, thank you! I'll test this and let you know if it works
