Hoping to set up some labels so they are good to go before i set up tasks and sub tasks

Hi - I'm trying to get ahead of myself by setting up labels so they are good to go before all  the tasks and sub tasks. I can't see anywhere on the Jira Board.  that would let me do this though. Hoping someone would point me in the right direction.

You cannot pre-populate labels before you create tasks/sub-tasks. You can only create labels after the task has been created.
