How Can I Drag and Drop Tickets Between Priorities In Kanban Board

Hi,

So i created a Kanban board with priorities swimlanes.

I would like to have the possibility to "drag and drop" issues in the Kanban board not only  between statuses but also between priorities (vertically).

I remember working with a board like this in the past and it was possible.

I added "Rank" so it is not the problem.

Can someone please guide me for this pretty simple action?
