How Do I Gain Access To Boards: I Have Full Admin Access

Currently i have full access but cannot see boards anywhere. I found from the permission helper that i am not a member of the atlassian-addons-project-access project role. It states i am missing from the project roles but i have access to all of the roles and so does another person on the project and they have access to boards. i have been looking to figure this out for over a week but its killing me lol. i need you assistance.

Hello,

I guess, the filter, which is used for the board is not shared with you. That is why you do not have access to the board.

Your user should be added to a group with which the board filter is shared.

One of my team members is unable to see the boards or backlog even though they're added as administrators in the project.
