How Do You Assign a Theme ID?

I see that there is a Theme ID field but it does not auto-fill when you assign a Deliverable or Epic to a particular theme.  I do not see where that field can be populated.  Please advise.

Theme ID is not an out of the box field. Check your add-ons and ask them about it
