How I can change the main page Jira Cloud?

When in I click on logo opened project list. 

I want a list of tasks or a favorite dashboard to open on clicking on the logo.

Hi @Евгений Волошин - When you click that logo, the page you navigate to is the Dashboard. 

You can select the … icon in the top-right corner and select Copy dashboard to make your own dashboard and edit the layout. This will change the dashboard, but just for yourself.

If you're the Jira administrator, you can also change the default dashboard that displays for everyone; this is called the System dashboard. You can change this by going to Jira settings > System > System dashboard
