How I can check list of admins?

Hi, I can't find out who in my organization is nominated as a admin. Can I find out hierarchy tree or something?

Welcome to the Community!

To check for a list of Admins, first you need to be an Admin yourself. Please make sure you're logged into your right Admin Account.

Via "Admin" (top-right hand corner) you get to "Admin Console" > "Directory". Here, you can filter users by role.

Welcome to Atlassian Community.

If you are an admin/org admin for the jira application you have, then you can login with your admin/org admin 

go to gear icon on right top and click on user management 

then select administrators from the below screenshot.
