How I can enable Kansan board to exiting project

I have an exciting project
and I want to enable a Kanban board in it, but it seems impossible to do this 

Pls give me any suggestions to enable it )

ON the screenshot you shared, it seems that the kanban board is already enabled.

If you are using the team managed project then you cannot configure all these options on the board. If you want to configure your (kanban) boards with all the options you mention, company managed projects and the associated boards do offer those features instead.

Just open a board and click on three dots> create board> select kanban.
