How I can make original estimate field as required field in Jira?

I want to make this field as required field

"Original estimate" field in a team managed project cannot be made required through the issue fields customizations.

The "Required" checkbox is disabled and when hovering over it the system states that this is a field generated by Jira and I cannot change if it is required.
