How I doI see colors in the scrum board for the sprint items

How I didn't see colors in the scrum board for the sprint items.

I tried in board settings but not finding changing the colors to issues

as board admin/project admin you can setup card colors in the board settings as follow :

I have tried queries like below with colors added but still, there is reflected on the scrum board
