How Remove Deleted/Deactivated Users permanently for Adding Them Back

Hello,

I've added some users who were part of my directory and was able to access my jira projects, later on I have removed them as their roles were finished, now once again they are required to be added back to the prjects and when I am trying to add them, I am getting an error that "Users Deleted/Deactivated cannot be added back".

Given the fact I have two issues, 

1.) How do I permanently delete the users so that they gets deleted from everywhere as far as my jira instance is concerned. (I don't mind if they are associated with anyone else's jira)

2. In my user directory, I am not watching any options to find the deleted/deactivated users. Only active users are showing up and once deleted/deactivated they just gets trashed somewhere because of which they can't be added back but, I am unable to locate the same.

Hi Aninda,

In your organization Jira user administration, you can see user's list, and if they are deactivated you can restore their access.

If user's are deleted you can invite them again.
