I am hoping to use this tool as support ticket service for my customers. I need to allow them access to tickets by their company. Does that mean I need to create a project specific to that company? Is it possible to create a project for a product line of ours and then restrict user access to only see tickets created by users from a specific company? Thanks, Tim.
This worked. The only confusion I suffered was how to assign a security level to an issue. You need to have that security level in your profile to be able to assign it (which in retrospect makes perfect sense). Many thanks.
You could use Issue Level Security
You can have a different one for each company and after creation manually change it.
