I use the time-between-statuses plug'in and I do not understand how is calculated the time between 2 statuses.
I take an example of a ticket created on 08/11/2022 11:45 am and closed on 09/11/2022 10:20 am the plug'in announces a time of 24:48 while I have set the scheduler from Monday to Friday 24 hours a day. It should display 22h and 35min

The formula for time is given as [Time = Distance ÷ Speed]. To calculate the distance, the time formula can be molded as [Distance = Speed × Time].
