For next-gen projects, you can follow the Atlassian documentations to enable and manage Epics on the roadmap.

For classic projects, Atlassian released a beta version of Roadmap (To enable it, go to Board settings -> Roadmap). The Epics you create on the backlog should automatically show up on the Roadmaps or you can create Epics directly on the Roadmap itself.
