How can I add an application link?

I'm trying to link a 3rd party app - Gearset for Salesforce deployments - to Jira and the documentation all references the older Jira UI.  I cannot find how to navigate to the create application link in the new version.

As a Jira admin ,
1. For quick search type 'gg' and you will see a window pop up where you can enter "applications" and select "application links" from the drop down list

2. or you can goto settings (cog) --> Products --> Application links (under integrations)

In JIRA Cloud, Application Links can be found under Settings / Products
