Hi Jose - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Go to Settings (cog icon in the top right) > Issues > Link Types

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

You can refer to this documentation to add new link type in the dropdown or modify the existing ones.

To configure link type you need to have the Jira administrator permission or you can contact your site admin to configure the requirement or give you the Jira admin privileges.
The settings icon to be accessed as per the documentation is in the upper right corner of your jira, Please refer to the screeshot below:-
