How can I add the Parent link to display Initiave of an Epic

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Configuring and exposing the hierarchy levels

In the instructions there is described how you can add Parent link from Issues > Custom fields so you can see the parent issue (see the Initiave parent of an Epic).

However I'm not able to find the Parent link field from Issues > Custom fields

Admin >> Add Field

Search for "Parent Link"

Select Initiative.

Field will now be displayed.
