at the moment, the release data is entered manually in Confluence. I would like to automate this process so that the data is automatically saved in Confluence. Unfortunately, it doesn't work in the "Automation" section in Jira. Do you know how I can proceed?

Have you checked out the "Version Report" Macro in Confluence? You can choose a Board/Project and the Version in Jira and it will print all Details, including the dates. There is no need for other Automation on either side.
