How can I buy Jira Software cloud to my Customer?

Hi,  we need to buy 50 Jira Software Cloud licenses for our customer, because they need local invoicing with taxes.  Could someone guide us in what is the correct way for the service belong to our client, become us administrators and Atlassian bill reaches us?

Hello @Caio!

If I understand correctly, you would like for you  and your partners to be the administrators of the Jira Cloud instances and for you to also receive the bills for them while granting full user access to your clients. 

As far as I can see what you would have to do is setup the cloud instances with the according billing yourselves and then, as you will automatically be assigned as instance administrators, setup all the necessary access needs for your clients. They will have as much access as you, as admin, grant them, the bills will go to you and administration will stay on your side.
