How can I change the Jira language set by mistake in the first configuration?

I set by mistake at the beginning a wrong language and now how can I change it?

Check this doc from Atlassian where this procedure is described:

Pay special attention to the section "Overriding the default translations of issue types, resolutions, statuses, and priorities" in that document.
