How can I change the Project Lead?

I can not find anywhere how to change the Project Lead for a project.

I've tried Administration->Projects->Edit (my project) but the only fields that i have there are: Name, URL, Avatar and Description.

Nevermind, found it.

Administration->issues-> select my project and the under paragraph "People" i click more then i can change it.
