How can I configure Sub-issue to open in a pop-up

I have a subissue and I want it to open in a popup. Can it be configured?

Hey Polina,

I suspect by you saying 'Subissue' you mean 'Subtask', if that's the case, I'm afraid that this is not possible within JIRA configuration at the time being. However, let's see if any other users have a work-around for it. :)
