i have created a space in confluence with the ID "AAA".
Now I want to create a Project in JIRA, also with the ID "AAA" which is "linked" to the Confluence Space.
I get the message Confluence: Space with the key 'AAA' already exists.
Ho can i create the Jira-Project AAA (With the same ID/linked to the confluence Space)
Thanks in advance
Hi,
this is my problem:
If i create a project in Jira => there is also a confluence Project.
But i created first a space/project in confluence.
Now i have no Project in jira which is linked and i cannot create a project in jira, because the ID already exists.
i testet the following:
https://<yourservername>/display/AAA => 404 not found
https://<yourservername>/display/BBB (known project) => 404 not found
=> you probably meant "browse" instead of "display":
https://<yourservername>/browse/BBB (known project) ok
https://<yourservername>/browse/AAA => Project Does Not Exist
Remark: this is jira/confluence "on demand".

I meant 'display' only to check whether the confluence space exists. But I am not sure how OnDemand manages the Jira and Confluence :(

Reading the below documentation, I guess when you created a project, a Jira project as well as a Confluence space is created.

Jira project key and confluence project keys are actually not related. Are you sure that you are not having already a space in confluence with the same key. How about trying out this url and checking?
