How can I create a private project and create my own team?

I met Jira when I was invited to the project as a team member. After a while, I wanted to create my own project and my team, but I can't figure out how.

When I start creating a project, it turns out that it will not work to make it private and that I generally have to request some rights from the admin.

Hence the question - How can I create my own project and my team in such a situation. And for it to be separate from the project space that I was invited to?

in order to create your own project, a JIRA Admin should grant you the global permission Create team-managed projects as specified at the following URL

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-global-permissions/
