How can I create and give a different view of dashboard to external users?

I want to give a different view of dashboard to external users. These external users have access to only one project and I want to create specific dashboard for view to these people where they can't see Activity stream and just see issues and tasks of only that specific project

First of all you have to configure the roles and permission scheme for that users. And then you have the option to create a new dashboard and filters you will use in the dashboard created.
