How can I create custom report that will show each team member's input in a sprint

I will like to know how many stories get completed by individual team members and how much time each individual team member spent per sprint

There is a feature request in Jira for sprint worklog report. please check and vote on this. but it's pending from so long..

By using the sprint report, you can get the cumulative report as , how many story points committed and how many delivered.

Burndown chart will show each and individual assigned story points, but need to calculate manually.
